Four specialisms

Few firms do only one of them.

Most firms in the green trade build new gardens, maintain them and inspect trees — often in the same month, for the same customers. The software does not split that into four programmes.

Landscaping

New planting with completion and establishment care, and the SIA 318 establishment guarantee as a deadline rather than a note in a drawer.

Garden maintenance

Maintenance contracts with recurring rounds, and the contribution margin per contract rather than per invoice.

Tree care

Tree inspection on risk-based intervals, and the duty-of-care record when somebody asks for it.

Public sector

Quantities and measurement on NPK positions, so the billing follows the tender rather than the other way round.

What is in it

Record it once, use it everywhere.

In the green trade the same figure gets written down several times: the hour on the report, the machine in the log, the skip on the weighbridge ticket. Every one of them belongs on the same invoice in the end.

Rapport

Hours, machines and material recorded on the site and signed there.

Machines

Operating hours, service intervals and Suva inspections per machine. The machine rate feeds the costing.

Disposal

Excavated material classified under the VVEA, skips dispatched, weighbridge tickets on the site instead of in the glovebox.

Plant protection

Application journal, permits and their renewal dates — including the continuing-education hours behind them.

Invasive plants

A register per surface, batches kept separate, and the disposal record the municipality wants to see.

Costing

Hourly rates and quantities on NPK positions. The quote works with the rates the report later confirms.
